Kerry White
President & Founder
Kerry White grew up in Louisiana and attended Northeast Louisiana University (now University of Louisiana Monroe). He received a bachelors in Construction Management.
He has worked in construction for 31 years, beginning by working for several residential and commercial contractors before starting his own business as a home builder and eventually focusing in on the roofing industry. He has been the President of Americana Roofing all 20 years.
Kerry lives in Aledo and with his wife, Lisa. He has two adult children. In his free time, he enjoys time in the outdoors and volunteering at his church.

Eli Strange
Property Advisor
Eli has been working for Americana Roofing for almost a year with 24 years in the construction industry. He has 20 years in insurance, and 13 years in roofing.
Eli lives in Mineral Wells with his wife and kids. Together, him and his wife, enjoy concerts, spending time with their children and date nights.

Ezra Ackerley
Property Advisor
Ezra grew up in Sacramento California as the oldest of eight. Growing up he was homeschooled, which taught him leadership, discipline, and independence. At 15, he moved to rural Ava Missouri on a 60-acre farm where his family still resides.
Ezra began his career working in operations management for an e-commerce store that supplies natural skincare and cosmetic ingredients. He handed order fulfillment, inventory organization, and shipping before transitioning into roofing sales and moving to Weatherford, Texas. He has been with Americana for a little over a year.
In his free time he enjoys spending quality time with his girlfriend, cooking, going to the gym, and relaxing by playing first-person shooters with his brothers and friends.

Pamala Vaughan
Office Manager
Pamala grew up in Whiteface, Texas, and began her educational journey at Weatherford College, where she earned an Associate Degree in Business Administration. She is currently pursuing a Bachelor’s in Agribusiness at Texas A&M University–Commerce, continuing to build a strong foundation for her career in the agricultural and business industries.
Her professional path began in 2015 at a real estate lending company, where she gained valuable experience and steadily advanced into roles that expanded her skills and understanding of office operations, customer service, and organizational management. She has been working at Americana Roofing for 2 years as an office manager.
She now lives in Paris, Texas with her husband. Together, they enjoy watching their five grown children navigate their own unique paths into adulthood. Outside of work and school, she love spending time on their property, exploring various crafts, cooking, and taking her dogs for long, peaceful walks.

Emelia Gamez
Marketing Coordinator
Emelia grew up in Aledo where she attended Aledo schools K-12. She graduated from Texas A&M University in May 2025 with a degree in Business Honors and Marketing.
Emelia brings experience in advertising, content creation, and brand strategy from internships and college opportunities. This is her first post-grad position and she is excited to be leading all things marketing including social media, events, and community outreach. She has been with Americana for a few months.
When she is not working Emelia enjoys trying new cooking recipes, attending sporting events, watching movies, hanging out with her friends and family and going on runs or long walks.
